Rosie Baldwin

Having managed the marketing, publicity and events strategy for Chelsea Green UK, Rosie joined the editorial team in January 2025, where she is commissioning exciting new projects from authors in the UK, USA and internationally. Prior to Chelsea Green she earned an MSc in Environment, Science and Society from UCL, and founded Future Scales Consulting, which she ran from 2016-2018 to help businesses think creatively about sustainability and run innovative projects around food and farming. She has spent six months volunteering on organic farms across Italy, and has worked as a chef in several professional kitchens including, Castello di Potentino, a low-intervention vineyard and restored castle in Tuscany.
