Anyone ever try growing (or eating) 'Hamburg' root parsley? It grows like a carrot, over a long season, and I suppose parsley/root parsley is the functional equivalent of celery/celeriac -- and I love celeriac!

As a chef...It is underused and under appreciated. It is good to let the public know how to use it...home cooks need to be more creative and free spirited..

Peace
