Here's to the annihilation of the omnivore's dilemma... at least for farm gals. What's a city girl like me to do?

One of the best examinations I've read about organic vs. local vs. know your farmer. Every day something new crops up, new challenges, new solutions. Keep at it!

whoaaaaaaaa..this is the best one ever!!! I learned so much. I want those eggs and I don't care if you use the scraps form the local schools - you won't someday... Coincidentally I was just finishing up a profile on Daniel Salatin, Joe's son who runs PolyfaceFarm with his wife Sheri (who he met after her family had read the Pastured Poultry Profits and a weekend that they came up to learn how to butcher chickens (is that next on your list of "I wanna learn how to....) on a day-to-day basis. I also couldn't remember what they called the "tractors" --eggmobiles --so thanks for that.
And I have to say, you have beautiful hands...what's the bracelet?
Really glad to get this blog today!!!!!!
