		<description>Its a great article, but you don't have to go all the way to California to find same thing.  My company is developing a project up here in the Northeast to rainharvest off of about 1,000 acres of warehouses - over 100 separate facilities and return to beneficial use.  Sometimes the neatest projects are in your own backyard!</description>
